Why give up on taste, even if you are coeliac or gluten intolerant?
We prepare our gluten free items on a separate table, using dedicated utensils and tools to avoid cross-contamination. We have a beautiful gluten free bread, a spectacular gluten free pizza dough, and a special batter recipe for our crispy calamari and shrimps. The pots used to cook our gluten free pasta are not mixed with other pots, so for the pans and grills used for the sauces. Plus, our gluten free pizza is cooked on dedicated dishes to avoid any risks. Oh, and did we mention that all our desserts are gluten free, with just the exclusion of the tiramisù?
